• What size of investment capital can  one count on?

Not less than $10 thousand. The common volume of  funds will be defined after evaluation of the business-plan.

• Where Fund gets the capital?

Fund obtains shares of company implementing innovative project; later Fund sells those shares shares at a higher price – so APEX works on a refundable basis.

• What is the minimal share of the Fund within authorized fund of an applicant company?

Not less than 25%;

• What happens if the project doesn’t reach definite results?

In any case, a decision will be made after detailed consideration. A few options are possible:

- making amendments to the business-plan to correct earlier mistakes and situation improvement;

- applicant company restructure;

- funding termination;
